information on blog and trip
IM DONE. Finally got my BComm after 4 1/2 years of uni. I plan to do nothing productive in the next four months except travel. This break is a gift from me to me; a chance for me to live my life before being a slave to an accounting firm.
I have set up this blog to keep in touch with my family, friends and anyone else interested in reading about my trip. I find this will be the easiest way to share my experiences, pictures, and random thoughts. If I get some life threatening disease, you will be the first to know, if my parents con me into getting married, you will be the first to know. I will post EVERYTHING on this blog so try to check it out.
Below is my itinerary as of now.
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia: Dec 20 – Jan 7.
Karachi and Lahore, Pakistan: Jan 7 – Jan 31
India: Feb 1 – Feb 16
Dubai, United Arab Emirates: Feb 16 – Feb 18
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia: Feb 19 – Feb 24
London, England: Feb 25 – March 5
Dublin, Ireland: Somtimes between Feb 25 – March 5
Toronto, Canada: March 5 – March 18
Halifax, Canada: Sometime between March 5-18
New York, USA: March 18 – March 26
Bloomington, Indiana, USA: March 26 – March 29
Austin-Dallas-Houston, Texas: March 29 – April 5
San Francisco: April 5 – April 9
Edmonton – April 9 – 11
Barbados – April 11 – April 17
If you will be in one of these places above at the same time, let me know and we can definitely meet up.
This blog is pretty easy to navigate so I shouldn’t have trouble updating it. At the top of every page is a “add a comment” button. When clicked a comment box will appear at the bottom of each posting. This is probably the best way to contact me (other than email). When leaving a comment don’t forget to leave your name so I can know who to respond to.
I will be categorizing my blogs by city. If you want to see all postings from a certain city go to the category section on the right. All postings will be in the home tab.
One more thing to point out. Since the website provides limited webspace I will only post some pictures on this website. The rest will either be on my Facebook Albums or on my yahoo photos site. The link for “My Photos – Yahoo” is on the right under Blogroll.
I hope everyone the best and I hope you guys all keep in touch.

Arsala Bagee, I might replace Indianapolis with Chicago.
Fahad,
First off, wicked picture. I’m glad you didn’t do the tourist thing and stand in the middle of the picture. By the way, don’t come back to Edmonton until after the Snow Patrol concert!
Hajj Mubarak! You’re missing nothing here.
Nah i need to get the most out of this trip, so Snow Patrol will be a part of this 4 months. Sorry, and yes i am greedy.
you suck
Yup.
Fahad, would you hurry up on this Shaker tour and get to Hali!!!!! Have you narrowed down the exact dates yet that you’re coming?!?!?!
Fahad, I meant to post something a long time ago…but you know me, i’m too lazy. Either way, sounds like your tour is a blast, i’m jealous. Good luck with “accounting” when you get back.
